A young man was seriously wounded in a fight in Ostend on Saturday, the office of the public prosecutor of Western Flanders disclosed on Sunday.
The victim, in his thirties, was stabbed in the abdomen by a man of about the same age. However, his life is no longer in danger.

The assailant has been arrested.
