Spring has sprung across Belgium, bringing warmer weather, blue skies, drinks on the terrace and an abundance of rare wildlife.
After many dreary days and April showers aplenty, a couple of particularly warm weekends provided the perfect opportunity for budding photographers to venture outside and snap some of Belgium's most beautiful landscapes.
We asked our readers to send in their best photos to mark the verdant season and here are some of our favourites!

Tourists and locals alike flocked to Plasky in Schaerbeek to snap the avenues lined with the bright pink and purple flowers.

As well as blankets of blossom, the warm weather resulted in Belgium's wildlife waking from its long winter hibernation.

As temperatures soared into the mid-20s for the first time this year, our readers saw an array of animals, from parakeets and pollinating bees to bunnies and Egyptian geese.

Both Belgium's rural and urban environments made for picturesque shots, from frosty mornings in Wallonia's fields to glimpses of golden rainbows over the capital city's skyline.
