Since its inauguration on 11 January 2024, the five-star hotel, located between Brussels' European quarter and the Royal Palace, has become home of the Dans le Noir ? Brussels restaurant.

Having welcomed over 2.5 million visitors worldwide since 2004, the international brand offers a unique gastronomic experience: a culinary journey in total darkness. Customers are offered a 100% surprise menu, including a starter, main course and dessert, with a choice of wine pairings. Guided by a team of visually impaired waiters, customers embark on an unprecedented sensory adventure.

Chef Laurent Gauze, a member of the Académie Culinaire de France, draws his inspiration for the menu from local and organic produce. Each seasonal menu promises to tantalise the taste buds.

The sensory and inclusive experience offered by Dans le Noir? Brussels at the Stanhope Brussels Hotel has been delighting guests since its opening. Reservations are available for dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, from 7.15pm on Thursday and 6.45pm on Friday and Saturday. Three-course menus start at €64.
