A 29-year-old English boxer died on Sunday following his debut professional fight in Harrow, England.
Sherif Lawal was knocked out in the fourth of six rounds by Portuguese opponent, Malam Varela, in a match in the middleweight category.
Medical staff attempted to revive him in the ring.
Lawal was then taken to hospital, where he was declared dead.
