The 9th edition of the Voodoo Village electronic music festival is to be held on the grounds of 's Gravenkasteel in Humbeek on 7 and 8 September.

Headline acts for this year’s festival, revealed on Tuesday, include South African performer Black Coffee, and DJs &ME, b2b and Adam Port, all from the Keinemusik label.

This year's festival will run on five stages, designed after the five Feng Shui elements. Each stage will have its own distinct character, visual identity, and auditory aesthetic, featuring music from melodic house to energetic techno.

'The Yard,' the main stage, promises awe-inspiring visual effects along with the entrancing melodic techno beats of headliners such as Artbat, ARGY, and Jamie Jones, who will be appearing exclusively in Belgium at the Voodoo Village.

'The Forest' stage offers a Saturday delight for house, soul, and disco music lovers, showcasing artists like Denniz Cruz, Pawsa and Jimi Jules.

On Sunday, festivalgoers can look forward to deeper beats as DJs Black Coffee, &ME b2b and Adam Port take over, playing melody-infused progressive house music.

Designed as a spiritual sanctuary, 'The Oracle' stage will stimulate personal reflection and broadening one’s perspective. Attendees will be able to participate in wellness-oriented workshops or engage in breathing and yoga sessions.

“The Voodoo Village, with its cocktail of music, art, and culture, creates a feeling of warm community like no other festival,” notes festival organiser Maxim Dekegel.

Weekend tickets have been sold out, but day passes can still be procured.

This year, around 30,000 festivalgoers are expected to converge on Humbeek’s 's Gravenkasteel estate.
