A Haarlem court has sentenced Dutch rapper Ali B to two years in prison for rape and attempted rape.
Ali B, 42, faced four charges filed by three women, including singer Ellen ten Damme and a former contestant on The Voice of Holland.
He denied all the allegations, but admitted to flirting with and kissing ten Damme. He described the rape accusations as “unreal.”
Ali B. was acquitted of two charges of sexual assault, but the court on Friday upheld the conviction for rape and attempted rape.
