Customers of Vivaqua who choose to receive their monthly water bills via the Doccle platform, as well as pay by direct debit, will receive a one-time discount on their next itemised bill.
The water distribution and sanitation company announced the promotion on Monday. Customers choosing to receive their bills through Doccle are eligible for a €10 discount. Opting for direct debit payments too adds an additional €10 discount.
To inform its customers, Vivaqua is launching a campaign on social media and its website. Vivaqua will also personally contact customers they can reach via SMS or email.
Doccle offers customers monthly electronic bills, unlike the quarterly bills for non-Doccle users, making it easier to integrate payments into household budgets.
Direct debit payments automate the process, preventing late fees, according to the public water company.
