The M museum in Leuven celebrates its fifteenth anniversary. It has attracted some 3 million visitors since its inception.
To celebrate its anniversary, the museum will offer various activities and events. Starting tomorrow, M will be open for free for fifteen days.
“Everyone is welcome to discover our new collection,” says Bert Cornillie, Councillor of Culture and Chairman of M. “Visitors will find that the works resonate with their own lives. Hence, our campaign ‘Life as it is’ connects artworks from our collection with real-life experiences.”
Additionally, the museum hosted a ‘Food for Thought’ evening. Staff and other stakeholders shared their insights into the museum’s fifteen-year history and looked ahead to the future.
