Hidden Belgium: Brucity rooftop view

The new Brussels city administrative centre offers an astonishing view from its vast rooftop terrace. During working hours, you can take the lift to the 8th floor for a panoramic view of old Brussels that takes in Grand Place and the Cathedral.

There’s also a rooftop bar one floor up that is open in the evenings. It is named Le 58 in memory of the Expo 1958 parking garage that once stood on this site.

The daytime entrance is at Rue des Halles 4, while the afterwork entrance is at Rue de l’Évêque 1. Expect to queue to reach the rooftop bar.
