The deadline for submitting online tax returns for specific income types has been extended to 14 November, the Finance Ministry confirmed on Friday.

The deadline had already been pushed back once, from 16 to 28 October. This new extension is also due to technical difficulties encountered in filing.

The extension applies only to those with specific income types, including income from self-employment, foreign professional income, profits, company director remuneration, spousal (legal cohabitant) helping fees and foreign professional income.

The 14 November deadline is also valid for first-time declarations this year of foreign real estate, alimony received or paid to someone abroad, foreign loans, legal constructions and the special tax regime for expatriate taxpayers or researchers.

Those who declared a legal construction last year are also entitled to this extension.

All other taxpayers were required to submit their digital tax return by 19 July.
