British pop star Robbie Williams is gearing up to entertain Belgian festival-goers next summer, as the former Take That singer will headline TW Classic in June 2025.
A week later, American pop singer Olivia Rodrigo will also take to the stage in Belgium, as she is headlining the 2025 edition of Rock Werchter.
Live Nation, which organises both festivals held in the Flemish village of Werchter each summer, confirmed both headliners on Monday.
Williams returns to Werchter
Robbie Williams will be headlining the one-day TW Classic on 28 June, as part of his Live 2025 Tour across Europe. It marks a return to Werchter for Williams, who performed at the 2017 edition of the Werchter Boutique Festival (also organised by Live Nation).
The 50-year-old British pop star rose to fame in the 1990s with the boy band Take That. In 1996, he launched his solo career, achieving peak success with hits such as 'Angels' and 'Let Me Entertain You'.
TW Classic will be returning in 2025 after a hiatus this summer, as Live Nation struggled to secure a headliner.
The one-day festival is a spin-off of the Rock Werchter festival, which has grown from a one-day affair into one of the largest rock/pop festivals in Belgium.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary next July, Rock Werchter is expected to attract around 80,000 visitors per day across four days.
Rodrigo to close Rock Werchter
Olivia Rodrigo has been confirmed as the closing act for Rock Werchter on Sunday 6 July 2025, joining headliners Green Day and Sam Fender who will perform earlier in the weekend.
The 21-year-old American previously performed two sold-out shows at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp in May.
Tickets for TW Classic will go on sale at 11:00 on Friday 15 November, while ticket sales for Rock Werchter start at 10:00 on Friday 22 November.
