Located near the Gravensteen castle, Plant a Pizza was Belgium’s first vegan pizzeria.
It offers Neapolitan stone-baked pizzas with a creative plant-based and organic twist. The spicy sausage is based on soya, the mozzarella is made with cashew nuts, and the gorgonzola is a mix of cashew nuts and chickpeas.
They also offer a vegan calzone filled with a mix of shiitake mushrooms, pearl onions, leeks, pumpkin, cashew ricotta, roasted pumpkin seeds and basil.
