Dutch police arrested three individuals on Monday evening for their suspected involvement in the deadly explosion that destroyed an apartment building in The Hague on Saturday night.
Authorities reported the arrests on Tuesday. The three suspects were apprehended shortly before midnight and will face charges within the week.
The individuals are currently in custody and are only allowed contact with their lawyer.
Several cars were also seized, according to the police. They have not ruled out making more arrests.
Investigators are trying to determine if the vehicle seen speeding away from the scene at the time of the explosions is among those seized.
At least six people lost their lives in the explosion.
