The Mundo Pixar Experience, an immersive exhibition dedicated entirely to the worlds of Disney-Pixar animated films, will arrive in Brussels from 12 March, organisers announced on Wednesday.

Currently showcased in Barcelona in Spain, the exhibition has previously visited Madrid, as well as Brazil and Mexico. The Brussels experience will be held in the 3,500-m2 Hall 1 of Brussels Expo in Laeken, near the Atomium.

Visitors can explore 12 themed worlds through lifesize sets, and meet 22 beloved Disney-Pixar characters, including stars from Toy Story, Cars, Ratatouille, Finding Nemo, Inside Out, Coco, and Up.

Disney-Pixar fans can also step into the shoes of Toy Story toys, joining Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and their friends in a meticulously recreated version of Woody's bedroom.

They can also transition from the world of the living to the world of the dead with characters from Coco, such as Mama Coco, Miguel, Hector, and Dante.

Other highlights include a visit to the famous Flo's V8 Café with Cars hero Lightning McQueen, and the flying house of Carl Fredricksen from Up.

Besides exploring immersive Pixar-themed spaces, visitors can enjoy searching for Pixar's iconic yellow ball with a red star, hidden in each exhibit room and featured in films such as Toy Story, Up, and Finding Nemo.

Produced by Golden Peak Live Entertainment in partnership with Proactiv Entertainment and Gracia Live, the exhibition was created under the supervision and artistic direction of Pixar Studios.

Tickets start from €17.50 and go on sale at 10:00 on Tuesday 17 December.
