A man was seriously injured in a car accident on the inner ring road of Brussels, near Strombeek-Bever, on Thursday morning.
The accident occurred around 10:40. The driver missed an exit and made a wrong manoeuvre. His vehicle, the only one involved, then overturned.
When emergency services arrived, the man was trapped inside his vehicle and seriously injured.
He was extricated and taken to hospital in critical condition, according to the Hal-Vilvorde Prosecutor’s Office, confirming a report by Het Nieuwsblad.
No traffic expert was appointed as a witness had clearly seen the accident happen.
