UniCredit has finalised the acquisition of Belgian digital bank Aion Bank and Polish fintech company Vodeno.
This is according to a statement released by the Italian banking group on Friday.
UniCredit paid €376 million for this dual acquisition.
The operation was originally announced in July.
Aion Bank and Vodeno have been business partners for several years.
