Keep Hush Live, Reset Brussels, Friday 18 April

London-based clubnight Keep Hush descends onto Brussels with a night of bass-driven or "bone-rattling" sounds. Curated by American selector no•ID and the experimental Artisjok Records, the party will be at the Reset club – a former bank and future police station just by Brussels-Central Station. Organisers urge people to unite at the intersection of dialogue, art, music, and dance. Bass faces ready?

Trouble Performance Festival, various locations, until Saturday 19 April

Organised by Thor Studio, this eclectic performance festival combines visual arts, contemporary dance, experimental theatre, poetry, and musical talents to appeal to those in touch with their artistic side. Pulling inspiration from realistic sensations of vulnerability, and interactivity, these performances will highlight the voices of ethnic minority groups. It is a collaboration between local artists and the talents of the visual arts school La Cambre.

Easter fun with the family

Outdoor easter egg hunt, Parc Josephat, Saturday 19 April

Fill the day with Easter joy and make some unforgettable family memories at Schaerbeek's most quaint park. This unique egg-hunt will offer a toy-store voucher to the lucky gatherer of six golden eggs scattered amongst the blossoming greenery.

Easter egg hunt, Royal Military Museum Brussels, until Sunday 20 April

Battle stations! The Brussels' Military Museum in Cinquantenaire Park will host an easter hunt with hidden eggs nestled amongst the museum's treasures. The eggs represent different countries' flags, giving a cheeky nod to Brussels' famed status as the most cosmopolitan city in Europe.

The 147th Cavalcade de Herve, Herve, Thursday 17 to Monday 21 April

The Walloon city of Herve (province of Liège) celebrates Easter with a procession parade of horse-drawn floats and fireworks on the Monday. Throughout the weekend, family-friendly festivities take over the city including the colourful children's show and a food market. It's the ideal weekend to take a trip to the neighbouring town for the folkloric fete characterised by its jubilant atmosphere.

Easter beer hunt, The Aywiers Garden, Sunday 2o to Monday 21 April

Returning for its 4th edition, the Lutgard Brewery is unveiling the world's biggest beer hunt. Over 5000 beers will be hidden at the Aywiers Abbey in Lasne, just a stone's throw away in Walloon Brabant. Around 1000 beer-seekers each day will hunt for the Golden Lutgarde – which grants the gift of your own body weight in beers. Featuring a classic chocolate egg hunt, a BBQ, and live music, Lutgarde promises a day of engaging entertainment.
