Owners of petrol stations that offer three or more types of fuel will have to display a sign indicating the average cost per 100 kilometres from 1 April next year, the Federal Public Service Economy announced on Friday.
The new obligation applies to owners of service stations that offer at least three of the following types of fuel: petrol 95, diesel, LPG, electricity, hydrogen and CNG, Belga News Agency reports.

The poster must be displayed in a prominent place at the pumps and in the petrol station shop, and must be updated every quarter.
This EU-initiated measure aims to better inform consumers about the prices of different types of fuel.
