EU member states reached an agreement on 24 March about best practices regarding the digital landscape. Known as the Digital Markets Act (DMA), the ruling lays out conditions to which the largest tech companies must now adhere. The major U.S. tech companies — including Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft and Apple — will all be affected.
