It will take "a maximum of two more months" to reverse the 'Good Move' circulation plan in the Cureghem district of the Brussels municipality of Anderlecht, city councillor for mobility Susanne Müller-Hübsch told the municipal council on Thursday.
Following heavy criticism by residents from the moment the plan was implemented, the municipality of Anderlecht decided to reverse the circulation plan in the Cureghem neighbourhood on 27 September.
On Thursday, Müller-Hübsch said that it will take "several weeks to two months" before the circulation plan is completely dismantled – causing tempers to run high among residents, La Derniére Heure and La Capitale report.

"The circulation plan is very complex; everything is interconnected. We have to methodically remove signalling to ensure road safety," she said. "Setting up the plan took the entire month of July and we received help from external firms that we can now no longer call on. So we are falling back on our own resources."
Talks for a second version of Good Move will only start when the current plan is dismantled. The residents will be closely involed, said Müller-Hübsch.
