Federal Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib is on a two-day mission to Morrocco, where she will meet with her Moroccan counterpart, Nasser Bourita, and attend the inauguration of the Belgian embassy's new building in Rabat.
The Foreign Affairs Minister is on a diplomatic trip where she will try to further develop bilateral relations between both countries, as well as improve migratory and judicial cooperation.
During her discussions with Bourita, the plan is for them to address Moroccan-EU relations, the Ukraine conflict, and the present state of affairs in Iran.

This visit is part of Lahbib's wish to consolidate both countries' strategic relationship, following the 150th anniversary of their shared relations.
The minister will attend the inauguration of the Belgian Embassy's new building in Rabat on Friday, after which she will visit the historical landmark of Chellah in Rabat on Friday morning before returning to Brussels.
