Proximus will increase the prices of a large part of its services on 1 January. These increases will be in the order of 4–6%, according to the telecom company.
The company's last price increase was on 1 May, when Flex packages went up from €3 to €4 per month. From January onwards, Proximus will charge an extra €3 to €4.5 per month for most packages. Fixed internet is also affected by these increases.
The Internet Maxi subscription will be €3 more expensive at €54.99 per month. Internet Essential, Proximus’ cheapest subscription, will remain at €25 per month.

The monthly rate for Mobilus mobile subscriptions will not change but Proximus will adjust the price of some older products. It will also raise the cost of data and call minutes for prepaid customers. The price of a fixed telephone line will increase by €1.5 per month, for a total of €26.13.
Proximus once again cited high inflation as the reason for the price increases. “This leading to a significant increase in costs, particularly for salaries, energy and the price of technological equipment,” the company stated.
