Belgium’s Prime Minister Alexander De Croo reassured he is in good health after being admitted to hospital for tests following a bike accident on Saturday.
De Croo hit his head and lost consciousness when he fell off his bike while out for a ride with his son.
The accident occurred a few hundred metres from his home in Brakel in East Flanders, his office said. De Croo will return home from hospital this evening.
At this stage, this accident should have no impact on his schedule for next week.
