A woman was knocked over by a tram in the municipality of Schaerbeek on Thursday morning, which disrupted the tram line 7 between the Meiser and Van Praet tram stops.
Le Soir has reported that the victim was on the tramway at around 08:13 when she was hit by the tram at the Demolder stop. She is said to have remained conscious while being taken to hospital.
The Brussels public transport network STIB announced traffic disruptions on line 7, with replacement buses having since been put in place.
