A 14-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after she was hit by a driver in a hit and run incident in the Brussels municipality of Schaerbeek.
The teenage girl's life is in danger, and the driver fled the scene, a spokesperson for the Brussels-North police zone told Bruzz.
She was hit by a vehicle while she was crossing the street at the intersection of Helmetsesteenweg and Waelhemstraat.
An investigation to identify the driver responsible is ongoing.
