Delhaize Belgium CEO Xavier Piesvaux home has been vandalised.
The activists responsible for throwing paint at the facade on Friday night attested the vandalisation of the home, and it has also been confirmed by the chain’s spokesperson, Roel Dekelver.
“We are going to lodge a complaint”, he said.
Attacking the private lives of employees “goes too far” and “is unacceptable”, Dekelver said. “We cannot accept these acts of vandalism for which there is no justification,” he added, specifying that a complaint would be lodged and that contact would be made with the authorities.
