The Belgian royal family, almost complete, gathered last weekend in the south of France to celebrate King Albert II’s and Queen Paola’s 60th wedding anniversary, the Palace announced in a tweet on Friday.
"Their Majesties King Albert and Queen Paola, gathered their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, on the occasion of their diamond wedding," the palace communicated on its Twitter account.
All children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were present with the exception of Prince Joachim, the son of Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz.
