From 1 September, employees will also be able to buy electric-powered scooters, unicycles and hoverboards with their eco-vouchers, according to a press release from the National Labour Council.
The reason for the amended list is the introduction of the mobility budget on 1 March 2019.
The mobility budget allows employees to distribute a sum of money freely between different means of transport, to get to work in a smooth and environmentally conscious way.
As of 1 September, employees will, therefore, be able to buy electric scooters, unicycles and hoverboards with their eco-vouchers.
