The American rock group Pearl Jam has been announced as the first headliner for the Belgian Rock Werchter festival in July 2020.
Pearl Jam will play on Thursday 2 July, the first day of the festival. The band has announced its European tour, in which they will play 13 gigs, one of them on the festival site of Werchter, in the Flemish Brabant province.

2020 will mark the sixth time Pearl Jam will perform at Rock Werchter.
Ticket sales will start on Friday 6 December at 10:00 AM.
