The Brussels Motor Show will return to Brussels Expo for its 101st edition in January. There will be a record 63 automotive and light commercial vehicle brands at the show, according to the organiser Febiac.

The show will take place from 10 to 19 January 2025, spanning 56,000 square metres of the Heysel Palaces.

There was no Brussels Motor Show in 2024, due to the withdrawal of a number of important exhibitors, including Belgian auto importer D'Ieteren. Febiac did organise an event for professionals only in February, but next year will see the return of the full show.

Febiac announced that exhibitors at the 101st edition in January will represent 90.4% of the Belgian automotive market, with some 15 new brands participating for the first time.

"Almost all the major players who supported the previous editions will be present again," said Febiac CEO Frank Van Gool.

"Some major brands are returning to the Heysel Palaces after not being there last time. Many newcomers are also delighted to introduce themselves to the Belgian public," he said.

For the second time, the event will host the European Car of the Year award, which has recognised the best car sold on the European market since 1964. There will be a range of activities for car enthusiasts, including being able to sit behind the wheel of supercars, race simulators, and daily shows by four-time trial world champion Kenny Belaey.

Brands will be showcasing the latest in car technology. Around 40 "dream cars" will be on display throughout the palaces. Two F1 cars, including Dutch-Belgian racing driver Max Verstappen's, will also be shown to the public.

The Brussels Motor Show is the largest trade fair in the country and expects 300,000 visitors for this edition. Before the pandemic, the show would attract more than half a million visitors in a good year.

Febiac has not increased the price of tickets for the show compared to the previous edition. Adults pay €15, children aged ten to 15 pay €10, and children under ten can enter for free. Parking at Parking C at Brussels Expo costs €12.
