The Walloon traffic authorities and road police have issued a warning for potential slippery roads due to snowfall, especially south of the Sambre and Meuse rivers.
In some areas, snow accumulation could reach up to 8 centimetres.
The authorities are on standby to take any necessary measures.
Currently, there are no restrictions for heavy vehicles.
However, all drivers are advised to remain vigilant, adjust their speed, avoid sudden manoeuvres, maintain a safe distance from other vehicles, and equip their cars with necessary gear, such as winter tyres.
