Sunday will be calm with morning fog patches and low cloud cover developing in several areas, with temperatures set to drop significantly at night.
In the afternoon, some sunny spells are expected in some areas. There will still be a few showers in the west, according to the Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI).
It will be a cold night with minimum temperatures around -1°C at the coast, -4°C in the centre, and -8°C in the High Fens.
After a cold morning with freezing temperatures everywhere, persistent low clouds and freezing fog patches are expected on Monday in several regions.
These conditions may linger all day in some places, although there will be some clearings, particularly south of the Sambre and Meuse rivers.
Following a cold Monday night with widespread frost, Tuesday will see openings developing fairly quickly.
By the end of the day, cloud cover will increase from the north. Maximum temperatures will range from 0 to 5°C.
On Wednesday, we expect a lot of low clouds again, possibly accompanied by some drizzle. Maximum temperatures will vary between 3 and 7°C with light winds.
