Ski enthusiasts will still be able to enjoy the slopes at five winter sports centres in eastern Belgium on Monday, according to the snow report from the East Cantons tourism agency.
A total of 13 slopes are open to skiers and tobogganers. In Losheimergraben, walkers can enjoy ten centimetres of fresh snow on groomed trails.
Near Malmedy, Mont Spinette offers sports enthusiasts four or 11 kilometres of pistes. Rocherath and Herzebösch also promise a refreshing outdoor experience.
Ovifat caters to those who prefer alpine skiing or sledging.
From Wednesday, skiing and sledging may be over, as the Royal Meteorological Institute forecasts temperatures above 0°C.
