Partena Professional acquires digitisation specialist HRlinkIT

HR services provider Partena Professional has acquired HRlinkIT, the two companies announced on Monday.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. HRlinkIT specialises in automation, digitisation, and artificial intelligence to streamline human resources processes.

The company serves nearly 200 clients and will now be part of the Partena ecosystem but will continue to operate independently.

According to the statement, the current HRlinkIT team, led by founder and CEO Wim Van Meerbeck, will remain in place.

In 2023, Partena Professional made a similar deal with Easypay, a company focused on payroll software in the HR sector.

Partena currently employs nearly 2,300 people and generates an annual revenue of €300 million. it believes the acquisition of HRlinkIT will strengthen its digital capabilities.

The group’s client base includes 135,000 self-employed individuals and 81,000 companies.
