Couleur Café announced on Tuesday the addition of ten new artists to the festival lineup, scheduled from 27 to 29 June in Osseghem Park, Brussels.
Feminine Hi Fi, a quartet of activists known for their powerful dub bass and reggae riffs, will perform on Friday, as will trumpeter Ife Ogunjobi, who blends Afro-jazz and hip-hop.
Six of the new acts will take the stage on Saturday. Argentine star Nathy Peluso will deliver a mix of hip-hop, rap, RnB, Latin jazz, soul, and blues.
Dancehall icon Shenseea, Cape Verdean artist Dino D’Santiago, reggae figure Mo’Kalamity, and jazz-hip-hop fusion artist Bnnyhunna will also perform on Saturday, followed by French duo L’Entourloop, who combine reggae and hip-hop.
The two new additions for Sunday are DJ Kybba, a pioneer of the Basshall genre (a mixture of dancehall and bashment), and 17-year-old singer-songwriter Jungeli, known for his Afro-RnB sounds.
The festival will be held in Osseghem Park, at the foot of the Atomium, from 27 to 29 June. Tickets for the combined three-day entry and camping are already sold out.
