Six far-right extremists arrested in Paris after stabbing raid at Turkish centre

French police arrested six people in Paris on Sunday after a man was injured in a stabbing incident, according to reliable sources.

The stabbing occurred around 17:30. outside a local cultural association for Turkish migrants in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

About twenty people, wearing balaclavas and armed with broken bottles, entered the courtyard of the building, injured someone, and then fled.

The victim, born in 1994, sustained multiple injuries but was released from the hospital the same night.

The information from the newspaper Libération was confirmed to the French news agency AFP by the Paris police prefecture and the Paris prosecutor’s office.

They also stated that an investigation into attempted murder has been launched. The prosecutor’s office indicated the involvement of roughly thirty individuals, all believed to be members of far-right groups.
