In the early hours of Saturday morning, a shooting occurred at Bizetplein in Anderlecht around 3:00, leaving one person injured but not in a life-threatening condition, according to the Brussels South police zone.
The perpetrator has not yet been apprehended.
An investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of the shooting, the South zone added.
