The stunning Floralia Brussels opens at the Castle of Groot-Bijgaarden on 4 April. Visitors can enjoy wandering through a spectacular garden filled with over one million tulips and countless other spring blooms for an entire month.
The much-anticipated Floralia Brussels is back for its 22nd edition, marking the arrival of spring in Belgium and turning the grounds of Groot-Bijgaarden into a veritable floral paradise.

Situated in a Flemish town about 10 km from Brussels, the flower exhibition boasts an impressive collection of one million vibrant tulips, as well as varieties of daffodils and hyacinths spread across the castle's 14-hectare park – rivalling the likes of renowned Dutch flower festivals such as Keukenhof.

This year, the castle's flower beds will showcase a colourful mix of 400 different species of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths along the two-kilometre-long route. There is also an on-site cafeteria for a relaxing coffee break.

Venetian Parade and Maya Days
One of the highlights of the annual festival is the Venetian Parade. On this day, participants dressed in elaborate Venetian costumes and masks will walk through the park, adding an extra dimension to the floral exhibition.
"This unique event allows visitors to enjoy a magical atmosphere where nature and art come together. This flower event offers a fantastic opportunity for photographers to capture the harmony between colourful flowers and elegant costumes," Floralia states. The 2025 dates for the parade will be announced soon.

'Maya Days' will also be making a return this year, where children to take part in a variety of fun activities, mini parade and meet and greet.
The park will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 until 2 May. Admission to the festival costs €17 per person, with discounts available. Booking in advance via the official website is recommended. Find more information here.
