Gunshots were heard in a room where a poker evening was taking place on Friday evening in Kuringen.
The Limburg police dispatched several teams to the scene, Belga news agency reports.
Two players reportedly started arguing and one of them used a gun. One injured person was evacuated.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the event has been initiated.
