A person was left in a life-threatening condition after falling from a fourth-floor window in Laeken, Brussels, on Sunday night.
Brussels fire brigade crews were called to Boulevard Emile Bockstael shortly after 23:00, spokesperson Walter Derieuw said.
An ambulance, a mobile emergency and resuscitation team, and a fire engine were sent to the scene.
The victim was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
The exact circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
