The Christian trade union ACV is 'offering wings' to the 'overworked' Brussels Airlines personnel at Zaventem airport this morning by handing out cans of Red Bull.
According to Jolinde Defieuw, secretary of the ACV, they "want to encourage and let airline staff know that we are still fighting for a lighter workload."
This action is directed at the management of Brussels Airlines, that experienced strikes in recent months owing to a perceived heavy workload for their staff, which in turn resulted in 316 flight cancellations.

"The flight combinations are not always evident since stand-ins have to step in more and more frequently," Defieuw added.
