The personnel of the aeronautical police zone of Liège-Bierset will organise a strike at the Liège airport on Monday afternoon, to denounce the latest budgetary restrictions.
The permanent representative of the CGSP-Police, Eddy Quaino, announced the news on Wednesday that unions would be going on strike.
This is due to their fear that the latest budgetary measures are not reflective of the situation on the ground, thus potentially jeopardising the safety of the police and the public.
