The Brussels Court of Assises has completed the selection of jurors for the trial of the 22 March 2016 terror attacks in Brussels.
The court finished drawing lots for all the jurors at around 11.15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Seven women and five men were selected as actual jurors. An additional 24 alternate jurors – 15 men and 9 women – were also retained.
The 36 jurors will now take the oath.
Once the jury is in place, the hearing will be adjourned, and the debates can start on Monday morning.
