Post offices and banks will remain closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday, according to announcements by Bpost and the banking sector.
The postal agency indicated on its Internet website that post offices will remain closed on Good Friday, but letters, packages and newspapers will still be delivered.
Easter Monday is an official holiday, so there will be no deliveries, Bpost said, and offices will be closed once again.
The banking sector, for its part, has accepted the closure of its agencies on Friday, to replace New Year’s Day, which fell this year on a Sunday, Febelfin indicated on its web page.
