Wallonia counted a drop of 2.5% in unemployment levels, the Forem said on Tuesday.
The total decrease was 2,947 fewer unemployed people, bringing the total number to 210,736.
The unemployment rate stood at 13.1% at the end of April.
The number of young people on integration courses appears to be stabilising. An increase seen in recent months is diminishing and this month stands at 9.7%.
Last month, Forem advertised more than 31,000 job offers and 13,000 other offers from an employment service relayed by Forem.
