Diesel refuelling will become much more expensive on Tuesday, the FPS Economy reports.

The €2 per litre mark is now in sight, as the maximum price for a litre of diesel (B7) will then rise by €0.045 to €1.979.

The last time diesel refuelling was this expensive was in November last year.

Boiling fuel oil (50S) will also become much more expensive on Tuesday. For orders of more than 2,000 litres, the maximum price will rise to €1.0607 per litre – an increase of €0.0282.

The price increases are a result of the quotations of oil products and biocomponents on international markets.
