On Monday morning, a rain zone drags over the eastern part of Belgium while remaining dry in much of the rest of the country. In the afternoon, rain moves towards Germany and Belgium will become mostly dry and sunny.
Maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 9°C or 10°C in the Ardennes and 13°C or 14°C in Flanders, reports the Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI).
Winds are generally moderate, with gusts of up to 50 kilometres per hour around noon. Monday evening will remain dry but become slightly cloudy again. Minimum temperatures will range from 5°C in the Ardennes to 8°C to 9°C in Flanders.
Tuesday will initially be overcast, then alternately cloudy with scattered showers and possible thunder. In the evening, a rain area will reach Belgium via the French border.
Maximum temperatures will be between 9°C in the Hautes Fagnes and 13°C or 14°C in Flanders, with fairly strong winds from the southwest inland and sometimes strong at the coast, with gusts of up to 70 kilometres per hour.
