Federal police are working to identify an unknown man found on Tuesday at 08:45 a.m. in a residential block on Maurice Avenue in Ixelles.
The man appeared to be suffering from amnesia, according to a police statement released on Tuesday afternoon at the request of the Brussels Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The man, believed to be in his twenties, is 1.75 m tall, athletically built, with short black hair, a thin moustache and a small goatee, the police said. He is well-groomed. At the time of his discovery, he was wearing only underpants, the police added.
