A fire broke out in a warehouse in Forest on Tuesday night, Brussels fire brigade spokesperson Walter Derieuw confirmed to Belga News Agency.
Just after midnight, firefighters were called to extinguish a fire that broke out in an outdoor company's warehouse storing camping equipment on Rue de Lusambo. It was a "fully developed fire" according to Derieuw.
No one was injured and the fire was contained. The warehouse is completely destroyed, but firefighters managed to save the administrative section.
Firefighters deployed three fire engines, two ladders and four water tankers to the scene.
The building is not adjacent to other structures, so there was no risk of the fire spreading. However, a few small fires were still burning on the site at 03:00 on Tuesday.
