A new concert hall is set to be built in the Belgian capital as Brussels venue “Magasin 4” has just obtained planning permission for a project to build a music venue large enough for 500 people.
Magasin 4 is a well-established alternative music venue in central Brussels, first founded in 1994. The new project was first presented in 2021 and will be a collaboration between the City of Brussels, the Urban Development Company (SAU), The Brussels Region, and Magasin 4.
The new venue is set to be built along Brussels’ canal, near the Tour & Taxis complex, according to information published by RTBF. The new venue plans are both modern and sustainable.
